Shipping and returns

The Birico online store provides worldwide shipping, with a list of available countries accessible in the Shopping Cart. If your country is not included in the list, please reach out to us, and we will endeavor to add it if feasible.

All orders are dispatched from the EU (Estonia).

Shipping durations vary depending on the country and the chosen delivery method. Additionally, delivery times may fluctuate based on the availability of the product in our main warehouse. Please note that all delivery times are calculated in working days.

* Delivery time to Iceland, Cyprus, Norway, Malta, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece may be 2 days longer than usual. ** Deliveries to an address outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable upon delivery.

Generally, orders placed before 13:00 on a business day can be shipped the same day or will be shipped next day, and further parcel delivery depends on the chosen delivery method and destination. Orders placed after 13:00 on a business may be shipped on the next business day.

We will promptly notify you of any delays. If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date after payment, please contact us to inquire about the cause of the delay.

Standard Post shipments will be delivered to your local postal office or post operator automats, depending on the chosen delivery method.

Please note: Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, or other national holidays.

The Birico online store provides various shipping options based on the destination country. All orders are dispatched from the European Union, typically from the Republic of Estonia. Additionally, no additional import duties or taxes are incurred within the EU.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and the size of your cart, as well as the chosen delivery method. You’ll see the exact shipping costs calculated in your shopping cart. Generally, shipping costs become cheaper with every 90€ purchase. Please note that these costs may change due to updates from the postal operators. Also, keep an eye out for special offers on our homepage that may include different options or conditions for free delivery.

You have the option to cancel your order and return the products within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked. This period starts from the day you, or a third party you designated, receive the last item. Please note that the Buyer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days after stating the withdrawal.

To initiate a return, you need to submit a written application either via email or by including the application with the returned products to our store. You can download the RETURN APPLICATION form here:RETURN APPLICATION

Returned products must be in their original packaging and with intact labels. Items without price tags or that have been worn or used cannot be returned. Currently, we are unable to offer free international returns via postage. The sender must cover the postage costs, and these will not be refunded.

With Itella SmartPost, you can conveniently return goods using the same door code you used to receive the order (applicable for Estonia only).

For returns via Omniva Parcel machines (Estonia only), simply use the tracking code from the original shipment. Ensure that the parcel tag is visible and undamaged when returning.

To return goods with DPD (Estonia only), please send a return application via email, and we will provide the parcel tag to you electronically. Refunds will be processed immediately upon inspection of the returned goods, but no later than within 14 days.

The refund will be credited to the same account used for payment. For full order returns, you will receive a full refund (excluding delivery costs for returns). Additional information about our return policy and conditions can be found in the Birico Terms and Conditions.

Please ensure that you submit the return application provided by Birico before sending back any goods. Also, retain the receipt from the transport company until the package reaches us, as it serves as evidence of shipment, allowing us to assist you in locating the parcel if needed.

To exchange products, please contact us at order@birico.com or fill out the EXCHANGE APPLICATION form here, indicating order number and unused items you wish to return and the products you would like to exchange them for.

Customers have the right to exchange their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the buyer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days of requesting the exchange via email. If a replacement item cannot be found, we will issue a gift card of equal value.

Returned products must be in their original packaging and include all labels. Items without price tags or those that have been used cannot be returned. If the price tag or packaging was accidentally damaged when opening the package, please explain the situation in your email for exchange. For any questions, feel free to contact us at info@birico.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

If the replacement product is cheaper, the price difference will be refunded within 5 banking days to the same account used for payment. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, you will need to cover the price difference. Please note that price differences will only be refunded for online store orders.

We regret to inform you that we do not offer international exchange services by postage.

Silk items should be placed in a laundry bag to protect them from contact with other clothing.
